This semester's (Spring 2026) competition opens Monday, March 2nd and closes Friday, March 13th (right before Spring Break).
The 5 clubs that win the competition will get a choice of flyer board. In order to claim this opportunity, a club officer from each winning club must send an email to Student Life to receive or pick their board delegation.
Board ownership extends throughout the summer but must be relinquished two weeks before the end of Fall semester to allow for a new competition. Clubs that maintain in good standing and effectively utilize their boards may be eligible for automatic renewal, bypassing the next competition.
Student Life reserves the right to revoke board privileges based on club standing and appropriate use.

Clubs will submit evidence of active participation of one or more of the following:
Applications will require at least a paragraph of text per participation category describing the event, as well as its impact on the community. Photos may also be submitted as evidence, but all applications will require at least a paragraph of writing. The Office of Student Life will pick winners based on the clubs we deem to be the most active in terms of contributions to the community. Submissions will be received by email (anstudentlife@gmail.com).
